How do I make an appointment? To Make an appointment is easy, just contact us, give us some general information and we will pencil you in for an appointment. In most cases, after your initial office visit, we will give you an appointment for a follow-up visit.
Will the clinic help me get insurance through Country or State of Government programs? We can point you in the right direction to get the insurance your need. You may also visit our medical social workers / resources page foe additional info.
